The hotel is situated on a southward-facing slope, offering a stunning view of a steep, forested mountain. the location of the hotel is also convenient as they provide good maps for walking, making it easier to explore the nearby centers, Chateau and Chardoney. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, cleaned well every day, equipped with useful facilities for a comfortable stay, such as clean bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the pleasant atmosphere and enjoy some great dishes for dinner.
Some parts of the footpath leading to nearby centers can be inconvenient due to the occasional need to walk on a narrow mountain road with a lot of cars passing by.

During my last weekend getaway, I had a wonderful experience at a hotel nestled high up on a southward-facing slope, offered excellent maps for walking and a stunning view of a steep, forested mountain. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfasts were really wonderful, with a variety of delicious options. The spacious and comfortable room was cleaned well every day, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay.
The surroundings having a mountainous region, the footpath towards two main centers of the upper part of the valley was not ideal, especially when the narrow mountain road had a lot of cars on it - although this is clearly not the hotel's fault.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of options. the location was incredible, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable place to stay.
Walking to nearby towns could be a bit challenging at times, as the footpath wasn't always accessible and we had to walk on a narrow mountain road. This was not ideal, but it was out of the hotel's control.
